We are the first to admit when a recipe looks a bit Shrek-esque, it's a common theme in the matcha biz, but don't be put off by the colour, this is the perfect breakfast for a cold day. Make it as nutritious as you like by adding nuts, seeds, and fruit. 

We make this matcha porridge at the PerfectTed office constantly. Matcha is versatile and if a matcha latte isn't for you then this can be a good way to enjoy all of the benefits in a gut-loving porridge. 

Recipe:

1tsp of PerfectTed Matcha Powder

50g Bio&Me Apple and Cinnamon Gut-Loving Porridge

125ml milk of choice

125ml water

 

Added extras:

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Chopped Seasonal Fruit

1 tsb Chia Seeds

 

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a pan.

2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 mins.

3. Serve with your favourite toppings and enjoy.
