- Eligibility:
1.1. The Hardest Geezer Meal Deal Competition (the "Competition") is open to individuals worldwide who meet the following criteria:
- Entrants must be 18 years or older.
- Entrants must comply with the laws and regulations of their country.
1.2. Employees, officers, and representatives of PerfectTed Energy and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.
- How to Enter:
2.1. To enter the Competition, participants must follow these steps:
2.1.1. Purchase a Hardest Geezer Meal Deal at a Tesco store
2.1.1.1. The Hardest Geezer Meal Deal consists of the following food items at Tesco:
- A Hoisin Duck Wrap or Plant Chef Hoisin wrap (vegan option)
- KitKat chunky or vegan KitKat (vegan option)
- PerfectTed Energy Drink (pineapple yuzu or apple raspberry flavours)
2.1.2. Post a photo or video of the Hardest Geezer Meal Deal on their social media profile(s) [ie. Twitter, Instagram, Threads, TikTok], including the hashtag #HardestGeezerMealDeal.
2.1.3. Tag the social media accounts @perfecttedenergy and @hardestgeezer in their post.
2.2. Entrants can repeat steps 2.1.1 through 2.1.3 for additional entries.
2.3. Any entries that do not comply with these rules may be disqualified, at the discretion of PerfectTed Energy.
- Prize:
3.1. The winner of the Competition will receive a prize trip, the details of which will be determined at the sole discretion of PerfectTed Energy.
3.2. The prize trip includes round-trip flights and accommodation for the winner, subject to availability and scheduling constraints.
3.3. The specifics of the flights and accommodation will be arranged by the organizing party.
3.4. The destination country for the prize trip will be determined based on factors such as safety, the winner's availability, and the availability of PerfectTed and Russ Cook, at the sole discretion of PerfectTed Energy.
3.5. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
3.6. Any additional expenses incurred during the trip, such as meals, transportation within the destination country, travel insurance, vaccinations, and personal expenses, will be the responsibility of the winner.
- Winner Selection and Notification:
4.1. The winner of the Competition will be selected by PerfectTed Energy and announced on December 1st, 2023.
4.2. The winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of PerfectTed Energy based factors such as, but not limited to, the quality and creativity of their social media posts featuring the Hardest Geezer Meal Deal.
4.3. The winner will be notified via the social media platform(s) they used to enter the Competition. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Prize Trip Details:
5.1. The winner's availability will be taken into consideration when scheduling the trip, and reasonable efforts will be made to coordinate the trip dates with the winner, PerfectTed, and Russ Cook.
5.2. The winner must be eligible to travel to the selected destination country based on passport and visa requirements, and it is the winner's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary travel documents and entry requirements, such as vaccinations.
5.3. The organizing party reserves the right to make changes to the prize details, including the destination country for any reason deemed necessary by PerfectTed. The winner will be notified of any changes.
5.4. The winner agrees to comply with all laws, regulations, and travel requirements of the selected destination country.
- Participation in Promotional Activities:
6.1. The winner may be required to participate in promotional activities related to the prize trip, including but not limited to providing photos, videos, and testimonials for marketing purposes.
- Miscellaneous:
7.1. This Competition is not in affiliation with Tesco or Instagram.
7.2. PerfectTed Energy reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the contest where it becomes necessary to do so, at their discretion.
7.3. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to the winner in a timely manner.
7.4. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to these terms and conditions and any additional requirements set forth by the organizing party.
7.5. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England & Wales.
7.6. PerfectTed Energy, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner if the latter is unable to take part in the trip for personal reasons (including but not limited to illness, lack of valid identity documents)
