PerfectTed Apple Juice Matcha Cloud Recipe

It's super simple, all you need is:

• 2g PerfectTed Original Ceremonial Grade Matcha powder
• 80ml whippable oat cream (or dairy whipping cream)
• 150ml apple juice
• Ice
  

Equipment:

• An electric whisk - you can grab the Perfect one HERE
• Glass
• Fine sieve

Method:
Prepare the matcha cloud by:

1) Whisking sifted matcha powder into whippable oat cream (or dairy whipping cream).

2) Add ice to glass & pour apple juice over ice.

3) Pour matcha cloud mixture over apple juice slowly to create the cloud layer.

4) Finish with a sprinkle of matcha powder.

5) ENJOY!
