Ingredients

100% Ceremonial grade Japanese matcha.
How to use

1. Scoop your matcha: ½ tsp (light), ¾ tsp (recommended) or 1 tsp (strong) into your chasen or bowl.

2. Pour 40ml warm water over the matcha - never over 70°C or you'll burn it and make it bitter! :(

3. Whisk or blend until frothy

4. If you want it iced; grab some ice cubes and pour 150-200ml of your milk of choice into a glass, then pour in your matcha mixture on top.

Or if you prefer it hot; pour the matcha mixture into your cup, then pour your steamed milk over the top - no pressure on the latte art!

Is your matcha tested for heavy metals? 

Yes! All of our matcha is tested for heavy metals. 

Are your products Vegan? 

Yes all our products are suitable for Vegans, except our White Chocolate Protein Latte as it contains MILK making it suitable for Vegetarians

Are your products Gluten Free? 

Yes, our most of our products are gluten free, we use gluten free oat milk in our lattes. 

Are your products free from other common allergens (e.g., milk, eggs, nuts, soy, etc.)?  

Yes, our products are free from the 14 common allergens. The only product that contains an allergen (MILK) is our White Chocolate Protein Latte. 

How should I store my products? 

All our canned drinks are ambient so can be stored at room temperature, but we recommend keep them refrigerated for freshness and the best drinking experience. For our powdered products they can be stored ambient but once opened refrigerate for optimal freshness.
