How to make a single serve Matcha Lemonade🧃
Ingredients
- Ice - To fill cup
- 200 ml Belvoir Farm Freshly Squeezed Lemonade
- 40 ml warm water (never boiling - 70°C max!)
- 2 g PerfectTed Original Matcha
Equipment
- Cup/Glass
- Measuring jigger
- Whisk (Electric or bamboo)
- Bowl/Chawan
Method
Prepare the matcha by:
- If using a bamboo whisk, bloom it before use. How to bloom:
- Take off all the plastic packaging.
- Fill a mug with hot water.
- Submerge the prongs of the whisk down in the water.
- Leave for a minute to let them loosen up and bloom.
- Take out your bloomed whisk and, using M&W motions (zig-zag side to side, keeping the whisk just below the surface), whisk your 2 g of PerfectTed Original Matcha with 40 ml of warm water (70°C max!) in a bowl or chawan. Whisk until you have a smooth and creamy micro-foam on top with no clumps.
- Fill your cup or glass to the top with ice.
- Pour 200 ml of Belvoir Farm Freshly Squeezed Lemonade over the ice, leaving roughly 2 cm of headspace at the top for the matcha shot.
- Finally, top by pouring your 40 ml matcha shot slowly into the glass - pouring onto an ice cube helps you get clean, distinct layers.
- Pop in a straw, stir before drinking, and enjoy!

iced strawberry matcha cloud latte recipe

PerfectTed
How to make a single serve Strawberry Matcha Cloud Latte🧃
Ingredients
- 1 tsp (~7 g) strawberry jam
- Ice - To fill cup
- 200 ml Rude Health Coconut Drink
- 30 ml oat cream (for the "cloud" layer)
- 5 g PerfectTed Strawberry Matcha Powder
Equipment
- Cup/Glass
- Measuring jigger
- Whisk (Electric or bamboo)
- Small bowl/jug for whisking the cloud
- Teaspoon
Method
Prepare the matcha by:
- Spoon 1 tsp of strawberry jam into the bottom of your cup or glass and spread it gently around the base - this gives a sweet hit on the first sip and looks great through the glass.
- Add your 5 g of PerfectTed Strawberry Matcha and 30 ml of oat cream to a small bowl or jug. Using your electric whisk, whisk in short bursts, moving around the bowl, until there are no clumps and you have a silky, thickened, cloud-like cream with a soft micro-foam on top.
- Tip: chilled cream whips up thicker and holds its layer better.
- Fill your cup or glass to the top with ice - the more ice, the slower it dilutes and the cleaner your layers will be.
- Pour 200 ml of Rude Health Coconut Milk over the ice, leaving roughly 2 cm of headspace at the top for the matcha cream cloud.
- Slowly spoon or pour your whipped matcha cream cloud over the top. For the cleanest layer, pour it gently onto an ice cube so it floats rather than sinking through.
- Pop in a straw, stir before drinking to pull the jam through, and enjoy!
