Pancakes... with a green twist! these delicious matcha pancakes are vegan-friendly and super easy to make.

Ingredients
- 120g plain flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp Sweet Freedom LIGHT SYRUP
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tbsp PerfectTed matcha powder
- 250ml plant milk (we've used oat)
- Sweet Freedom PANCAKE SYRUP (for drizzling)
- Fresh fruit (for topping)
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.
- Give everything a good mix.
- Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium-low heat. Carefully add in the batter.
- Cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes until the edges are set and small bubbles start to appear on the surface.
- Flip the pancakes over and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve up with a generous drizzle of Sweet Freedom Pancake Syrup and fresh fruit.
