Vegan Matcha Pancakes

Pancakes... with a green twist! these delicious matcha pancakes are vegan-friendly and super easy to make.

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Give everything a good mix.
  3. Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium-low heat. Carefully add in the batter.
  4. Cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes until the edges are set and small bubbles start to appear on the surface.
  5. Flip the pancakes over and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve up with a generous drizzle of Sweet Freedom Pancake Syrup and fresh fruit.
